MCE’s 2024 Visionary Leadership Program Participants have been Announced

The Maine Center for Entrepreneurs (MCE) is excited to announce the 12 emerging Maine Leaders that have been selected to participate in the 2024 Visionary Leadership Program (VLP) . The Visionary Leadership
Program was launched in October 2020 as an industry agnostic leadership development initiative for small
businesses. 2024 will bring the third cohort of Maine leaders together to achieve professional and personal growth through a partnership with FocusMaine.


Through monthly virtual meetings, facilitated by Skip Bates, Certified Executive Coach, the VLP provides participants with a state-wide peer network of business leaders facing similar challenges, as well as mentoring and perspectives from established business and thought leaders.  Program topics include: building culture, understanding your strengths, leading change, personal and business mission building, performance management, and knowing your customer.  Past speakers have included business, government, and academic leaders from across the state.

The 2024 Visionary Leadership Program Participants are:
Brian Hanson, President, Maine Business Brokers; Holly Arbuckle, CEO/CO-Founder, Singing Pastures; James Razsa,CEO, Democracy Brewing; Katie Weiler, Founder & President, Viable Gear; Krista Gagne, Owner, Maine Homestead;Michael Greene, CEO, GenoTyping Center of America; Patric Moore, Director of Entrepreneurship, Main Street Skowhegan; Patrick Breeding, CEO, Marin Skin Care; Roux Kehoe, Owner, The Pink Waffle; Ryan McPherson, President, Glidden Point Oysters; Sano J Masua, President and CEO, Sophrosyne Group; Seraphina Erhart, General
Manager, Maine Coast Sea Vegetables.

This group of emerging Maine Leaders will work together for 6 months to develop and hone their leadership skills
both personally and professionally while building a stronger more sustainable Maine business.
