The Maine Center for Entrepreneurs (MCE) is thrilled to announce its participation in the 2023 Natural Products Expo East trade show. This event is set to showcase the cutting-edge innovations and sustainable solutions emerging from Maine’s food & beverage industry.

Maine, renowned for its pristine waters, fertile farmland, and unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship, has seen a remarkable transformation over the past decade. The state has solidified its position as a hub of innovation within the food industry, fostering the growth of natural, sustainable, and environmentally responsible food & beverage brands.

MCE’s Food and Beverage Accelerators, an initiative dedicated to nurturing and propelling the growth of emerging brands in the food processing sector, will be a prominent participant at Expo East. Buyers and industry experts attending the event will have the opportunity to witness firsthand numerous exciting Maine products and forward-thinking ideas that have developed from MCE’s member companies.

Our Accelerators have been instrumental in fostering the growth of innovative companies that are at the forefront of natural and sustainable food production,” said Sue Hanson, MCE Food Accelerator Manager. “From trending plant-based alternatives to creative uses of locally sourced ingredients, our member brands will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on Expo participants.”

Attendees at Natural Products Expo East can look forward to exploring an array of groundbreaking products that address today’s pressing issues in the food and beverage industry, such as sustainable sourcing, packaging solutions, and nutritional excellence.
